The data provided helps us formulate a golf Fitness Handicap which is a great guide for progress as your fitness and physical limitations improve. The data guides TPI Fitness professionals to create customized workout plans that you can follow on your mobile or laptop device through the TPI app.

As you follow the system your body adapts and becomes more functional, providing you the foundation for a more efficient golf swing. This means lower scores through more distance and increasing your stamina with the bonus of playing without pain.

How the Program Works
